We have successfully installed Solar Street Lights, Solar Panels, and Solar Water Heaters to spread awareness about energy consumption. Digital Learning and Development Initiative for Minority Schools

On par with private schools, we have been actively restoring the classroom environment in the online hemisphere at times of pandemic. In the current pandemic situation, this was the need of the hour.

Under the guidance of the Minority Department, we have collaborated with BYJU’S ‘THE LEARNING APP’ to launch a Digital Learning Initiative. These online classes have been running at a successful rate across all Morarji Desai Residential Schools and other minority schools.

• A Lenovo 10-inch Tablet Computer enabled with Wi-Fi & pre-loaded with parental controls & profiles.
• Internet facility through Wi-Fi/Mobile data for the period of active subscription covering 2 years of warranty
• A memory card with the content for requested classes in English & Kannada Languages with subjects covering physics, chemistry, mathematics & Biology.
• Additional proprietary hardware will capture the content written on set design books into the content helping in the evaluation
• A Learning TV for the class of 50 Students which is completely integrated with the tablet computers, which will, in turn, update the syllabus covered in the classroom real-time with the tablet computer
• Revision mode & assessment mode to prepare students for next day & same will be available in the administrative dashboard with relevant security profile for administrative monitoring
• Benchmarking assessment for students & interaction with the expert team with any query/ support.
• One dedicated mentor for a school of 250 students, Real-time assistance & an inter-school competition where a winner is taken on a field trip to NASA.
• Across state minority departments, we have installed the systematics of Biometrics. Fingerprint sensors, iris sensors, system employee data codes are all part of this Biometric system. We have successfully installed these across the state of Karnataka.
• Through the discovery of Coir Boards, there has been a plethora of new style furniture in the market, NEWGENE has provided many furniture for minority schools for the betterment of education quality and standards of the state under the Guidance of Minority Department. Currently, we are in the process of manufacturing & supplying two-tier cots, mattresses & pillows to hostels across Karnataka.
