Automatic Number Plate Recognition

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ALPR) is used to check if a vehicle is registered or licensed in order to alert the user when any stolen vehicle is detected.

It also proves to be beneficial when any vehicle in a black-list or watch-list is discovered by the authorities. It uses cameras that are specially designed and configured for number plate recognition. Automatic Number Plate Recognition not only stores the images of number plates, but also stores the text from the license plates for searches and report generation of the vehicle in question. Older searches can also be performed on all the stored data of the recognized number pates to generate a report of where and when the vehicle was identified/found.

As per the requirement of the client, we provide both wired and wireless modes of systems. The facial recognition system shall also be capable of connecting to a broadband backhaul and a back-end image processor.

Through the launch of encrypted dynamic QR codes, authentication is made simpler, faster, and more efficient. The encrypted dynamic QR codes are custom-made to the clients’ requirements. When imbibed onto any product of interest, the product’s authenticity is doubly guaranteed. The secure authentication process validates and authenticates the product’s information like manufacturing details, product details, transport details, etc. These parameters can also be customized as per the customer’s requirements.

India generates around 15,000 tons of plastic waste every day and it is important to protect the environment through spot detection of FAKE PLASTIC bags claiming to be Bio compostable.

ICPA has embarked upon spot detection of Bio Compostable Bags. The solution duly supported by Indian Compostable Polymer association (ICPA) members is a new method of detection of fake and duplicate bags claiming to be Bio Compostable. ICPA in association with NewGene Security Solutions LLP has implemented an authentication system, the encrypted QR codes that can be read by custom mobile apps, which enables stakeholder viz. Manufacturers, Authorities, and consumers in detecting originality of their compostable bags.

QR Code or Quick Response Code is a two-dimensional barcode that can be read by modern smartphones and special QR Code scanner devices. A QR code consists of black squares arranged in a square grid on a white background. There are several variants of QR codes depending on their symbol size, layout, encoding, and structure.

QR Codes can be used to encode various types of data like - simple text, URLs, phone numbers, SMS, geolocation, email address, etc. The four standard modes of data for creating QR code is numeric, alphanumeric, byte/binary, and Kanji. There are extensions to these standard types available, using which custom data also can be coded.

Static QR Codes are - QR Codes that can’t be changed once they are created. These codes contain fixed information which doesn’t gather any tracking metrics. These cannot be altered or tracked. This is limited to personal use and not ideal for businesses.

Dynamic QR Codes -can be edited after completion. Each code can be altered and is dynamic. One can track locations of Scans, Time, Mobile devices. Good for Authentication and also can be used as a marketing tool.

Both the type of QR Code and the content are editable as many times as needed. They use a short URL to send users to the landing page of your desire as well as monitor statistics for information such as the number of scans, location, and operating system used.
